Plan your Route

Our carpooling and carsharing partners are here to support during the current service uncertainty. Additionally, if biking is an option for you, please find information below on bike lockers and bike parking facilities.

Carpooling is a great option for drivers and passengers to share a ride to and from their commute. Carpoolers can take advantage of HOV (high-occupancy vehicle) lanes to get to where they are going faster as well as priority Park & Ride parking at select SkyTrain stations and major bus loops. Carpooling services available in Metro Vancouver can help car owners and riders find matches with the same route, work, or school schedule to share a car journey.

Consumer Services:

For individuals interested in joining or starting a carpool.

Enterprise Services:

For organizations interested in creating and offering carpooling solutions to their staff.

If you carpool, you have access to priority parking at the Park & Ride lots listed below.

  • Carvolth Exchange Park & Ride
    15 priority parking spaces

  • South Surrey Park & Ride
    13 priority parking spaces

  • Scott Road SkyTrain Station Park & Ride
    24 priority parking spaces

Spaces are available on a first come, first-served basis until 9 a.m. Carpools pay the posted rate for parking.

Carsharing provides access to personal vehicles on demand. Carshare is located throughout Metro Vancouver with both one-way drop off and return-to-home location services. There are several carshare vehicles located within walking distance of SkyTrain, SeaBus, and major transit hubs throughout Metro Vancouver.

Carsharing Partners:

Carshare vehicles can be parked free of charge at available on-street parking and designated parking locations.
